Accident happened on 27/07/2021 and till today just paper work. Call Call center, more than 10times, no response. sent emails, no response.im wondering this kind of lazy, irresponsible company surviving in the market.This review based on following claim number Claim : 3/3707/2021Update.... after this i have complained regarding matter on their web site. max by one hour they have called me back and arranged LPO within 2 hours time and provided rent a car service again for another 9days.hence, i will 1 star to 3 stars, still they have to do this work before customers complain.

Walked into the office to renew my policy. The receptionist saw me standing right in from of her but continued talking on her cellphone which seemed like a private call (quite of lot of giggle). After a good ten minutes, I got my chance to request to meet someone for a renewal..The renewal forms were filled in and but here I am after 4 weeks back in the office waiting for the receptionist to finish her call so I can get an update.

Please dont deal with this company!i have requested Encashment since 14th of June. after a month i called them, i waited for 10 mins before someone answers phone, i asked about my policy and he said well there is no one to ask at the moment can i request a call back, i said yes please ill need to be in an hour. 4 days no one called me. imagine!!! after few weeks later i call and the only thing they are good at is apologizing.. seriously i would love to know why they apologize if there is no one working in their offices or call centers.btw they said in their email this process takes 18 working days.Its been 2 months and 10 days now. still no answer from them. not even a call back.

Happy with Salama car insurance, I will renew with them, they are professional, no long queues at claim counter, they gave me a very good garage for repairs, there was some delay in approval (which was on my side) so they gave me 5 days rent a car for free, really appreciate the service.they maybe not that effective in phone calls, but a visit is real effective.

I am still waiting for Salama insurance to approve the repair for my car after an accident. The car has been in the salama chosen garage for 1 month now and I have been chasing for approval on a daily basis . I have chased them so many times by phone and email and have had no response. They tried to call me to move the car to another garage because of cost, even though this is the chosen garage in their list at the beginning of the process. They are liars, cheats and a low grade providerI and many others are going to report the insurance company to the insurance authority board.This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with globally and they should not be allowed to operate as a business.

Ive entered with them through adib bank for ‘long takaful play ‘ i was wrong in trusting scammers like these , ive had around 60k saved with them to invest and now that im out they will give me 28k thats 52% lost , anyhow be careful if you will be introduced by their ‘investment long term plans ‘ through banks

One of the few worest companies in UAE. Not responsive at all. You need to send at least 10 emails to get a feedback and even this feedback is wrong and by phone not by email. They refunded my money after more than one month, although they told me it will be transferred in my account within 10 days. And I got the money by cheque not transferd to the account.They refused to send any email for phone agreementI dont recommend to work with them

Worst Service provider. They are not entitled to get any kind of star rating. Giving them 1star is itself an insult of ratings.Its been more than 3 weeks wee have requested to cancel our Car Insurance policy and proceed with the refund as we have sold our car.1. The procedure of canceling insurance is too long.2.No one will answer the provided landline number in employees signature, even if you call during their working hours.3. Provide mobile numbers in the signature is doesnt exist.4. Even after sending multiple follow-up emails there is no single response from any of the staff members.5. Guys Be aware of scame.. Never take policy for Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE)You will regret.im a victom of them.If you want to take this policy with the intention that you will be helped in case of job loss, it will be your big mistake. Because obviously if your job in a company is terminated, the visa is also canceled. And when your visa is canceled, the condition of Salama Insurance is that if the visa is canceled, the customer will not be entitled to claim. In short, if you are pursuing this policy with job intentions, you are deceiving yourself. Ive been a victim of it.I sued because of job loss. The case was not decided for several months. I used some harsh words in the email which is also the right of the customer. Because of this, my approved claim was shown to me by his officer and he said that I would cancel it. In other words, the words of my email were not tolerated by him due to which he personally canceled my claim. In my experience, there is less principle and more ego

The worst of the worst of insurance companies, they are con artists wearing suits. In my case here is what went down I got them a green police report which means its not my fault they made me wait for 5 working days saying that they needed to confirm that the report was correct and did not open a claim even though I had shamil insurance which means full coverage they only opened a claim when I went to their office and fought with the employees they then took 3 more days to give my replacement rental car. After taking it to the garage it took 5 working days to finish it up but stayed with them for 9 more citing very small stuff like a battery terminal all so I can return the rental and stay without a car and to my surprise they hand me the car with oil leakage and a non working battery saying that the insurance refused to repair them as it is somehow my fault. they are the worst of the worst insurance companies I have dealt with in all my 33 years in this country. Im trying to sue them in court but we all know howThis is gonna go

I would look at alternatives if you are looking at investment/insurance options. Not sure what the company actually does. One partner company manages the sales another company manages the fund values. So what exactly does Salama do?? Good luck getting an answer to that. I wish there was - rating to post it. I was tricked by noor bank staff who advised me to cut from my account 5000 AED monthly like a saving plan and insurance policy too with Salama. They said I can take my money back after 5 years and guess what?? I went to take my money and they deducted 85000 AED from the total I have paid. Lovely deal. After my two of job in abudhabi, i was introduced to salama insurance by one of my relative. The salesperson approached me, telling me that he has a 7 years islamic plan(HYAT PLUS), where i can invest money each month. This is pure life insurance plan. I was told that the first 3 years i wont be able to withdraw cash, but later i can. And they will be investing my hard earned cash on islamic bonds.I signed up, believing that it is a savings account, and i can get the cash any time after three years. But now, after 20 months of investments, due to personal problems, i have stopped contributing, and i have checked their documents, and asked their customer care about the plan. I have been totally cheated by their salesman, coz the first two years of my investment value is nil, and i wont get a penny from this.. And im not practically guaranteed any profit from the profit of the bonds they invest in.. This is a real scam.. Please guys, i have lost my money, and if you are gonna invest your money with this insurance, pls be careful.. Never trust their representative.. Tell them to give full plan details.. before signing the documents..

I fully insured my car with this company and believe me, I have experienced the worst customer service ever. For the past 11 months I didnt make any single claim, lately I got scratched by a taxi driver. To follow up on clearing the dent I had to call this company for my very first time. The first customer service agent I spoke to put me on hole for nearly 2 minutes; the second hung up on me, both very rude, un clear and unprofessional in there dealing. This is most probably the worse customer experience I ever had in Dubai. Since a week I am trying to renew my existing insurance. Once I got the line (which I manged to get after 25 calls), the employee was extremely rude, didnt know how to explain anything, never returned by calls, gave me wrong email address, wrong telephone number and one week later I still didnt manage to renew my insurance. I am calling since the morning and nobody is picking up the phone.
